Bringing the Yoga back into AcroYoga

High-Echelon Architecture
The Art of Flight (Hour 1) We begin by dismantling your physical boundaries. With Eugene acting as your structural base, you are guided safely into the dynamic, breathtaking AcroYogaArt. At the one-hour mark, the physical work pauses and Eugene hands you a screen showing the cinematic video of what you just accomplished. Undeniable visual proof. Imposter syndrome, instantly shattered.
The Partner Yoga Infinity Flow With radical trust established and your confidence soaring, we move into the second phase. You are guided through a seamless Partner Yoga sequence, integrating standard yoga asanas and AcroYogaArt transitions into one smooth, continuous "infinity flow." It's a moving meditation built on shared gravity.
Profound Surrender (Heart Held Harmony) From dynamic movement, we descend into absolute stillness. Heart Held Harmony is a deeply restorative somatic practice and foundations of Heart Held Dance. What is required of you? Absolutely nothing. Just be present and open to your own experience. Because of the radical safety present in the first two phases, your nervous system accesses a profound level of calm that cannot be achieved alone. Tears, trauma release, and emotional unwinding are not just normal here—they are entirely welcome. The Integration The session ends, but the architecture remains. The most common response from clients is a sudden, deep sense of peace—a feeling of being completely at one with the universe. It is entirely normal to spend the next week processing and integrating the emotional and physical breakthroughs of this single immersion.

“At 80 years young I told Eugene and my yoga teacher that AcroYoga was not an option for me. Eugene invited me to come down for a chat with no need to actually do anything. Talking with him reassured me and I agreed to try one AcroYoga pose. Eugene was incredibly slow, patient, calming and I felt totally safe. We repeated that post a few times and I felt amazing. I had a huge smile on my face half the time, the other half concentrating. The rest is history, I completed 2 private sessions with Eugene and did things I thought impossible for me at this stage of my young life”

“We met in person only the day before we were due to perform Alo's Manila launch. We squeezed in a 1.5 hour practice at Soulspace BGC and I had the mooooost fun! It was a little scary at first because I had no idea what to do or expect. I just allowed Eugene to guide me and when I watched the video, it blew my mind how many shapes and forms we were able to accomplish! 🤗 Thank you so much, Eugene, for having faith in my capabilities and for being such a thoughtful and patient teacher. And congratulations to Alo Philippines for a successful launch! 👏🏻”

“Bear in mind I don’t feel much in my legs and my balance is not the same as a non disabled person. Life starts when you leave your comfort zone. The only thing I will say is that is always a pleasure to fly with you, discover new things also exploring my limits. Thanks Eugene for such a beautiful experience. ”
